To use our Quick Lane®, all you have to do is come on down to our service center when you have time during our hours of operation. We’ll bring in your car and let you relax in our comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as complimentary snacks, coffee, and beverages. We have a quiet room you can rest in as well as business workstations if you need them. All this is available while we perform your service quickly, efficiently, and correctly, and then you can head back to your daily life.

Certified Technicians and OEM Parts in Quick Lane®

We have certified technicians who are Ford experts working in our Quick Lane®. They know your car better than anyone else, and they’re always ready to give you the best service possible. They use OEM parts for your replacements, which are the parts that were designed for your vehicle. OEM parts are the same parts that were used to assemble your car in the factory, so it’s like getting a little bit of new car every time you come to our service center.
